What is Emotional Fitness and why have an Emotional Fitness Coach?
Often, our emotional wellbeing is the last thing we think about in our day-to-day lives because physical wellbeing is much easier to relate to and even maintain.
If we need glasses, we will go to the optician; if we need our teeth cleaned, we go to the dentist; if we would like to get fit, we go to the gym or hire a personal trainer; if we have a pulled muscle or back pain, we may go to a physiotherapist or chiropractor. However, if we are feeling stressed, emotionally drained, overwhelmed, consumed with negative overthinking or anxious and fearful, why don’t we get emotional fitness support?
The outside physical part of our life is only one aspect of living a fit and healthy life - our emotional fitness is equally as important and often the most neglected part of ourselves.

My one-to-one coaching sessions with teenagers are designed to support young people through the challenges of everyday life in a safe, positive and supportive environment.
I work with teenagers on areas such as anxiety, self-confidence, eliminating negative thinking, understanding and managing emotions, communication skills, emotional wellbeing, study skills, time management and organisation.
Whether a student is starting secondary school, preparing for exams, struggling with overwhelm and stress or simply finding day-to-day life challenging, I meet each young person where they are.
My approach is light, energetic and focused on building wellbeing through open conversation, practical strategies and ongoing support between sessions.
I genuinely enjoy guiding young people through their coaching journey and watching their confidence, self-belief and happiness grow steadily over time, while anxiety and stress begin to reduce.
